Allied Health Clinical Program Facilitator (Eat, Walk, Engage), Queensland Health Senior HP4 role supporting the Eat Walk Engage program Join QEII Hospital as an Allied Health Clinical Program Facilitator in a permanent part-time HP4 role (30.4 hrs/fortnight). You’ll lead the implementation of the Eat Walk Engage program, strengthen age-friendly care practices and deliver high-quality allied health services that support older adults’ mobility, nutrition, cognition and overall wellbeing. Your new role: In this senior allied health role, you will lead program facilitation and clinical practice within the Eat Walk Engage program. You will provide high-quality allied health services, coordinate age-friendly care initiatives, support delirium-prevention strategies and contribute to quality improvement, education and research activities. You will: Deliver evidence-based allied health assessment, intervention and evaluation for older adults Act as a clinical reference point, providing advanced clinical guidance and problem-solving Develop and support evidence-based clinical practices, protocols and age-friendly care strategies Provide clinical and technical support for mobility, nutrition and cognitive engagement interventions Lead program components, monitor fidelity and coordinate workflow for Eat Walk Engage About you: You are an experienced and proactive allied health clinician with strong skills in older adult care, quality improvement and stakeholder engagement. You communicate confidently, lead effectively and demonstrate high-level clinical capability within interprofessional environments.
