Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our client. Responsibilities As the Sales Director, you will: Develop and execute sales initiatives to drive revenue growth across all products and services. Create and manage an annual sales business plan, ensuring alignment with monthly objectives. Track and analyze competitive programs, market opportunities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Implement professional and creative sales strategies to maximize profitability. Collaborate with business units to design and execute sales programs and promotional strategies. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and market insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior‑level stakeholders ("C-level") within customer organizations. Identify customer needs and align them with tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 10 years of experience in defining, articulating, and selling comprehensive product strategies through direct and channel sales. A proven track record of success in complex solution selling within a specific sector. Extensive experience in selling to C‑level executives and a strong network within the marketplace. Exceptional business acumen, including knowledge of business operations, market trends, and competitive dynamics. A results‑oriented approach with the ability to adapt strategies to achieve business objectives. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Day‑to‑Day On a typical day, you will: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales programs and initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients, showcasing progress and opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers to expand the company's presence in the market.
