Development Support Coordinator

This involves designing, building, marketing and innovative concepts in townhouse development.
You will develop and nurture long term relationships with Development Managers, Sales Agents and customers, representing TownLiving over a variety of projects.
Your responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact for the developer & sales agents for a portfolio of residential communities Application and preparation of Building Permits and other associated compliancesMaintaining the highest standard of customer service by monitoring progress of customer files and providing updates on the status of their homeRegistering and tracking all documentation and answering any questions & queries.

Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL & SharePoint computer skills Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activitiesWorking knowledge of the building and construction process is preferred but not essential If you feel you have the knowledge, skills and experience to excel in this role, then apply with your Cover Letter and Resume.
