As we continue to expand nationally, we are seeking a strong, proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and support ongoing growth across multiple branches. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, supervising staff, maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the department. You will work closely with our operations and logistics teams and play a key role in maintaining safety, service standards and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch) Maintain stock levels and inventory accuracy using CIN7 Manage and work towards the monthly warehouse department budget Reduce operational costs through: Improved stock control Streamlined inventory flow Run daily 10-minute toolbox meetings with warehouse staff Conduct regular safety audits and process audits Manage freight bookings, courier coordination and dispatch scheduling Lead, mentor and train warehouse staff to build a positive, high-performing team Ensure full OH&S compliance and champion safety initiatives Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment Work hands-on daily and safely lift 10–15kg items when required Coordinate with external contractors for equipment, racking and maintenance Identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements Use warehouse software and digital tools confidently (computer literate) What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years warehouse experience (mandatory) Minimum 3 years experience with CIN7 or a similar inventory platform Proven experience supervising or managing a warehouse team Strong understanding of stock rotation, purchasing and inventory best practices Computer literate with confidence in inventory systems, email and basic reporting Current forklift licence (essential) Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-focused Willingness to learn and grow within the business Excellent communication and organisational skills Early riser with a strong work ethic Team player with the ability to lead by example Professional presentation and strong attention to detail Police Check (required) Why Join Cleaner Future?
