This full‑time role suits a hands‑on leader who combines strong administrative capability with operational excellence, safety leadership, and team development. You’ll oversee all warehouse and fleet activities, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient route planning, inventory integrity, compliance management, and the coordination of a Warehousing team of 7–10 people. What You’ll Do Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, pick/pack, dispatch and fleet coordination Maintain and manage all administrative workflows , including KPI tracking, compliance records, daily logs, incident reports, and operational documentation Oversee delivery scheduling, route planning, and fleet utilisation to maximise efficiency Maintain high standards of stock accuracy, data integrity, asset tracking, and warehouse documentation Ensure strong WHS compliance and maintain a safety‑first culture Produce accurate operational, safety, and people reports for leadership Manage site and fleet maintenance, including records, inspections, and incident follow‑ups Support internal stakeholders with timely communication, reporting, and updates Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff to build a high‑performing, well‑supported team What You Bring Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role Exceptional administrative and IT skills , including reporting, record‑keeping, scheduling, and policy compliance Strong people leadership and capability building experience Confidence providing clear, timely written and verbal feedback Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience in route planning, fleet utilisation, or transport coordination Solid understanding of WHS, compliance requirements, and safety documentation A hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving skills Forklift licence + MR (or willingness to obtain) Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive salary package + company vehicle + mobile phone High‑performing and supportive management team Great opportunities for training, development and long‑term growth Strong values‑driven culture with a focus on safety and customer service Employee discounts, EAP and a genuinely supportive team environment Apply Now If you’re a proactive leader with strong administrative capability and a passion for efficient, safe, and high‑performing warehouse operations, we want to hear from you.
