An exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager – Warehouse Operations has become available within the Jandakot Region of ALDI Stores. This is a permanent full-time opportunity. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leading a team largely responsible for managing delivery route optimisation, space management, asset management and maintaining compliance with a strong focus on safety. What does the role look like? Leading, mentoring, and empowering diverse Warehouse teams, steering their recruitment, development, training, performance evaluation, leave management and scheduling. Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory management to dispatching and receiving goods. Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation. Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nurtures excellence. Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading teams, ideally within a warehouse setting. A proactive seeker of feedback who fosters personal and team growth through reflection and continuous improvement. A clear, impactful communicator who informs, inspires, motivates, and influences others to drive team success. An inclusive collaborator who actively consults, resolves conflict as it arises and appreciates alternative perspectives and opinions.
