About the role We're looking for a Director of Technical Product Delivery - Platforms/AI to lead the redesign of core AI pipelines, APIs, and platform infrastructure. This is a player‑coach role : you'll guide a small, senior team while diving deep into architecture, technical decisions, and multi‑stream delivery. What You’ll Do Own the 12‑month roadmap for AI and platform initiatives, aligning priorities with engineering capacity and business impact. Lead complex, technically challenging programs, driving delivery from concept to production. Mentor and grow Technical Product Delivery Managers, instilling a culture of technical excellence and ownership. Partner with product and engineering leadership to design scalable architectures and next‑generation AI pipelines. Ensure predictable, high‑quality releases while balancing multiple streams of work and dependencies. Who You Are Experienced in SaaS or product‑focused companies , ideally with hands‑on software engineering or platform experience. Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with tactical execution . Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and AI/ML pipelines . Skilled at managing stakeholders across global teams and driving decisions in technically complex environments.
