Role Description
The SEO Executive will have a strong passion for SEO, data and content. You’ll be expected to:

Assist the SEO Manager to plan, manage, and executing SEO strategies, including but not limited to account setup, cross-channel strategy development, and team management
Conducting keyword research across campaigns and sales presentations to highlight key opportunities
Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, on-page, off-page, and SEO content ideation and planning
Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead projects
Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools
Occasionally providing opportunity analysis and new business support for prospective clients
Create technical recommendations to clients and provide audits of client websites

Qualifications

1-2 Years’ experience in the organic search industry
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Search Console, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush to analyze organic search and analytics data and make specific recommendations supported by data
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and project management
Good communication skills are a must as this is a hands-on role that is client-facing.
Not afraid to get involved, and is willing to contribute to Hatched Sydney's culture.
Be willing to share industry knowledge with other team members
Interest in Conversion Rate Optimisation as our team is hands-on when recommending onsite optimisation approaches that extended into improving the on-page experience of a cust
