Execute, monitor and control the project (predominantly in engineering) with adherence to gate reviews, schedule & budget. Partner closely with our customers and ensure that products and services delivered exceed expectations. Play a central role in business strategy and effectively manage risk. Mentor other team members and contribute to future capability across Thales Australia. Your Skills Degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of senior‑level bid and project management experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams. Exceptional stakeholder and customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project financials. Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
