Milestone Information Technology – Melbourne VIC Milestone IT is partnering with a leading retail organization to recruit an experienced Senior Test Analyst . This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast‑paced retail environment, playing a key role in delivering high‑quality e‑commerce and enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of business‑critical systems, with a strong focus on e‑commerce platforms and NetSuite ERP . The role requires a hands‑on tester who can work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to drive best‑practice testing outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end‑to‑end testing activities across e‑commerce and retail systems Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing Validate integrations between e‑commerce platforms and NetSuite Identify, log, track, and retest defects using test/defect management tools Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC Provide clear test status reporting and risk assessment to stakeholders Support UAT phases and work closely with business users Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst or similar role Strong experience testing e‑commerce platforms Hands‑on testing NetSuite ERP or NetSuite integrations Solid understanding of retail processes (orders, payments, inventory, fulfillment) Experience with test management and defect tracking tools Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing outcomes Why Join Milestone IT?
