Human Factors Lead We are currently looking for an experienced Human Factors Lead to join our Safety Engineering & Assurance team. Reporting to the Group Manager – Safety Engineering and Assurance, you will support projects in the development and delivery of Human Factors Integration, working with delivery teams to identify and manage Human Factors deliverables across the project life cycle. Responsibilities Develop and deliver Human Factors plans and assurance arguments. Develop and deliver Human Factors Issues identification, documentation, and management. Develop and deliver Human Factors Derived Requirements definition, documentation, and management. Develop and deliver Human Factors analyses, activities, and deliverables through the project lifecycle. Provide input into Design activities and deliverables. Provide input into Safety Assurance activities and deliverables. Provide input into Systems Engineering and System Assurance activities and deliverables. Coordinate and communicate Human Factors program of work with project teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a recognised Human Factors / Ergonomics discipline. 3‑5 years’ experience with Human Factors Integration in the rail industry. Application of Human Factors Integration processes and standards. Application of Human Factors methods in studies and design reviews. Experience managing internal and external organisational interfaces. Expertise in applying ergonom Raman standards in studies and design reviews. Management of Human Factors issues.
