About Your Role As a Senior Marketing Manager at Everlab you are responsible for leading Everlabs brand creative and marketing strategy. This role oversees the planning development and execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness increase consideration and drive business growth. The Senior Marketing Manager functions as both a strategic leader and a hands-on campaign operator driving performance through creativity storytelling and data-led decision making. Youll be the storyteller and strategist behind every major campaign - leading end-to-end delivery across performance engagement PR email and product marketing. What Youll Do Design and run bold 360 campaigns that connect emotionally and convert commercially Own the Everlab brand narrative across every channel and touchpoint Partner with our leadership team and creative team to push storytelling excellence Manage agency partners and keep cross-functional teams (creative product engagement) in sync Track and optimise performance - focusing on awareness consideration and engagement What Youll Bring To The Team A marketer who possesses a demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels . A brand-obsessed marketer with proven experience in a D2C startup or top creative / media agency A hands-on campaign operator who thrives on speed experimentation and measurable results A keen eye for managing marketing budgets and know how for managing vendor relationships A storyteller and strategist who can challenge thinking and lead with ideas A seasoned professional within fast-growth startups scaleups or agency environments (If you prefer long campaign cycles layers of approvals or big-company pace this ones probably not for you.)
