About You & the Role: Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our customers Excellent communication skills - Build rapport quickly and act with integrity A willingness and openness to learn, grow and develop Ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs Deliver the exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism Prioritise time management to ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines A strong and reliable work ethic & process driven mindset Consistently updating your DMS and keeping organisation at the forefront of your position Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence, not essential but highly regarded - if not acquired, the ability to obtain this qualification This role requires you to sell new vehicles via email, over the phone and face to face so a strong and confident communication approach is viewed as favourable.
