New Home Sales Consultant – Toowoomba An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join a well-established and growing residential building brand in Toowoomba, QLD. In this role, you will guide customers through the journey of designing and building their dream home, playing a key part in the company’s continued growth and success. What You’ll Be Doing Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support throughout the sales process Present and explain the features and benefits of high-quality home designs, helping clients visualize their future lifestyle Manage your sales pipeline through Pipedrive , from initial enquiry to contract signing, ensuring a seamless customer experience Collaborate with internal construction and design teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered Attend community events, display homes, and marketing activities to generate new enquiries Stay informed on industry trends, local market movement, regulations, and product offerings Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire building journey What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience within new home construction or real estate , with a strong track record of results Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with confidence overcoming objections and closing deals Passion for the building industry and an understanding of local buyer preferences Confident using CRM and sales management software, including Pipedrive and Homei , or willing to learn Adaptable, self-driven and able to work both independently and in a team Flexibility to work weekends when required What’s on Offer Supportive, positive and growth-focused work environment Hands‑on mentoring from experienced industry leaders Comprehensive training in sales, systems, construction knowledge and full Homei training (exclusive to this business) Competitive salary and an attractive commission structure A collaborative culture where teamwork, professional development and fun are valued About the Builder This builder is a respected custom home construction company with decades of combined industry experience behind the team.
