Join us in shaping sustainable communities and building a better future. We are seeking a passionate and driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our Sunshine Coast team. This is a Thursday to Monday role, requiring full weekend availability. Your Role Build meaningful relationships with prospective buyers by understanding their lifestyle needs, preferences and budget, delivering tailored solutions that reflect their vision of home ownership. Guide customers from initial enquiry to final decision, showcasing our beautifully appointed display homes and providing expert advice on design options, pricing and customisations. Lead and inspire the display home team, setting the benchmark for exceptional customer service and ensuring every visitor receives a warm, informative and engaging experience. Collaborate with internal departments including drafting, estimating and project coordination to ensure a seamless transition from sales to construction commencement. Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at builder breakfasts, community events and industry networking functions, while maintaining strong relationships with local land developers and referral partners. What You Will Bring Demonstrated success in new home sales, with a strong ability to convert enquiries into committed buyers and consistently meet or exceed targets. Proficiency in managing customer relationships through CRM platforms, ensuring accurate records, timely follow-ups and a well‑organised sales pipeline. Confidence in engaging clients, developers and internal stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication that fosters trust and long‑term relationships. A genuine commitment to placing the customer at the centre of every interaction, with the ability to build and nurture networks that drive referrals and repeat business. A deep enthusiasm for the home‑building industry and a proactive approach to personal development, staying informed on design trends and refining sales techniques. Why Join Us?
