The Company Are you an experienced New Home Sales Consultant? There is an opportunity for you to work and play on the beautiful Gold Coast as a lead consultant in the Sky Ridge display village. You will receive dedicated associate support and a well‑crafted range of single and double storey homes on show that truly sell themselves. This role is extremely rare and requires someone with experience in the industry, and an innate passion for working with people. The role will involve Greeting customers & finding a design to match their expectations Managing a high volume of leads, qualifying information, and consistently hitting targets. Presenting tenders to clients and walking them through any queries they have Maintain an up to date database and documentation for all sales What you need Proven experience working for a home builder in a display environment. Excellent communication skills - written & verbal A problem solving mindset Strong administrative skills - working with contracts, housing plans and council requirements The Benefits Salary of $62K (non repayable) + super + commissionpaid on contract signed Potential to earn $350k++ annually No restrictions around the product range or area you sell in High enquiry, single seat display - Faster land release coming in 2026. Closely monitored lead allocation to ensure equal opportunity.
