Role Description This is a full‑time role for a New Home Sales Consultant based at our Lilywood Landings Display Centre. The successful candidate will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present suitable options, and guide them through the home‑buying process. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, managing relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through their new home journey. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service to build strong, lasting client relationships. Experience in New Home Sales and ability to provide tailored solutions and close deals effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a client‑focused approach. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of the home building industry. Proficiency in relevant CRM tools or new home siting software is an advantage.
