Overview An award‑winning, well‑known builder & developer is experiencing growth. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join the Box Hill display village team or other Sydney locations. Responsibilities Identify customer needs and recommend products to build their dream home Understand fundamentals of building & design, assess feasibility for KDR/duplex projects Generate and follow up leads to convert into sales Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers Build external referral relationships with developers and real‑estate agents Consistently research market to understand housing industry trends About You Strong track record in new‑home sales – experience is a must Thorough understanding of current residential market trends Sound knowledge of KDR & duplex Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales Knowledge of the building industry and architectural plans Ability to build great relationships Good knowledge of IT systems and processes Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Remuneration & Benefits Base salary (approx A$70‑75k) + competitive commission structure (fixed & %).
