We’re looking for an energetic and hungry New Homes Consultant to guide our customers from their initial vision to their final front door. What You’ll be Doing Proactively generate and manage all new home enquiries from different sources. Guide customers through the entire journey, from first chat to contract. Present our diverse range of home designs and exciting customisation options. Prepare accurate and detailed quotations and contracts for all build types (KDRB, H&L, etc.). This is a full‑time role based at our Dural office and our new, by‑appointment display home in Mount Colah as required. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a highly energetic, self‑motivated individual with a strong drive to exceed sales targets. We need a sales pro who is ready to deliver outstanding results. Demonstrated prior success in a high‑performing sales role within the home building industry. In‑depth knowledge and prior experience with the knock‑down rebuild (KDRB) process. A customer‑centric approach and a passion for building genuine rapport with diverse customers. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable using CRM systems.
