New Home Independent Sales Consultants (West Region) Mimosa Homes is your premier building company committed to producing quality homes tailored to the needs of our customers. About the role: We are looking for a motivated New Home Sales Consultant in the West. As a New Home Independent Sales Consultant you will be motivated, driven, and available to work on weekends. Key responsibilities: Generating leads by engaging clients within the display homes Understanding and assessing clients’ needs and providing solutions Managing high‑volume display visitors, following up leads, and achieving high sales targets Providing clients with a first‑class experience that exceeds customer service expectations Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers Ensuring the display home is maintained to the highest standards Qualifications: Must have company contractor requirements: ABN, public liability insurance, and workers compensation if you have employees Driven and highly motivated Current driver's licence with reliable transport Proven history and understanding of the volume residential building industry preferred but not essential Exceptional networking and customer‑service skills Self‑motivated “can‑do” attitude and desire to succeed within your own business Professional approach and positive attitude Intermediate to advanced computer skills Ability to meet customer satisfaction levels and exceed expectations Experience in new homes highly desirable In return, the successful candidate will receive: Supportive workplace culture Attractive commission rate Support and guidance from our friendly Sales Management Team A display home provided as a ‘tool of trade’ to aid your sales Opportunity to be part of a growing business and contribute to its future growth Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
