About the role As a result of our continued success and expansion we have an opportunity available for a motivated New Home Sales Consultant in the North. You will be motivated, driven, and available to work on weekends. Key responsibilities Generating leads by engaging clients within the display homes Understanding and assessing clients’ needs and providing solutions Managing high‑volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets Providing clients with a first‑class experience, exceeding customer service expectations Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers Ensuring the display home is kept maintained to the highest standards Qualifications Company contractor requirements: ABN, public liability insurance, and workers compensation if you have employees Driven and highly motivated Hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable transport Proven history and understanding of the volume residential building industry preferred but not essential Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills Self‑motivated with a “can do” attitude and desire to succeed within your own business Professional approach and positive attitude Intermediate to advanced computer skills Ability to meet and exceed customer satisfaction levels New homes experience highly desirable Benefits Supportive workplace culture Attractive commission rate Support and guidance from our friendly Sales Management Team Display home provided as a “tool of trade” to help with sales Opportunity to be a part of a growing business and contribute to its future growth Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
