New Home Independent Sales Consultants (North Region) Mimosa Homes is your premier building company committed to delivering quality homes tailored to our customers in Melbourne's North and Western suburbs. About the role We are looking for a motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in the North. You will be a self-directed independent consultant with a drive for sales and a willingness to work weekends. Responsibilities Generate leads by engaging clients within the display homes Understand and assess clients' needs and provide tailored solutions Manage high-volume display visitors, follow up leads and achieve sales targets Provide clients with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations Develop and maintain a network of industry partners, such as land developers Ensure the display home is maintained to the highest standards Qualifications Company contractor requirements: ABN, public liability insurance, workers compensation if applicable Driven and highly motivated Current driver's licence and reliable transport Preferred: proven history and understanding of the residential building industry (not essential) Exceptional networking and customer service skills Self-motivated, "can-do" attitude and desire to succeed as an independent business Professional approach and positive attitude Intermediate to advanced computer skills Ability to meet and exceed customer satisfaction levels Experience with new homes is highly desirable Benefits Supportive workplace culture Attractive commission rate Support and guidance from our Sales Management Team Display home provided as a tool of trade to assist sales Opportunity to contribute to a growing business and its future growth Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
