Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales process from enquiry → tender → deposit Present home designs, lifestyle options, and site solutions Manage 20–40+ active leads at any given time Build rapport, nurture relationships, and deliver a premium customer experience Follow up fast and consistently — across calls, SMS, and email Build a referral network with agents, developers, and demolition partners Maintain accurate CRM records, tasks, and follow-up schedules What You Must Bring Proven success in sales Strong communication, and thrive on technical information Self-driven, organised, and competitive — you like winning Discipline in CRM, follow-up, and activity management Performance We don’t shy away from clear standards. Strong performers love structure.
