The Opportunity Join a nationally recognised research team focused on improving the Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) and contribute to impactful health outcomes across clinical, academic, and policy sectors. We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to support a portfolio of multidisciplinary QUM research and education projects. You will contribute to study design, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge translation activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your academic career while working on research that informs policy and practice. Key Responsibilities Conduct and coordinate research activities to high scientific and ethical standards. Contribute to the development of research questions and study designs. Undertake literature reviews and data analysis using qualitative and/or quantitative methods. Prepare peer‑reviewed publications, reports, and conference presentations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders. Assist in preparing research grant proposals and ethics submissions. Support knowledge translation and dissemination of findings. Skills And Experience A PhD in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, public health, or a related discipline. Experience conducting systematic reviews and health‑related research using qualitative and/or quantitative methods. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including academic writing. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., NVivo, SPSS, SAS, Stata). Understanding of ethical and governance requirements in health research. Experience contributing to research funding applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic research environment.
