Job Summary The Performance Director leads the SEM & Social teams to deliver performance marketing strategies for clients, combining leadership, creative problem‑solving, and deep digital marketing expertise. Responsibilities include developing innovative campaigns, driving business growth via data‑driven insights, and managing teams to deliver results. Job Responsibilities Lead and mentor the performance team to develop and execute performance marketing strategies across search engine marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, and more. Collaborate with client partners to understand business objectives, identify opportunities, and craft customized solutions that drive ROI. Manage client relationships, ensuring timely communication and reporting on campaign performance, budget management, and strategic recommendations. Develop and implement agency processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, quality control, and scalability. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas to continuously improve team performance. Identify and optimize existing workflows to increase productivity and efficiency. Work closely with other agency departments to align efforts and leverage resources effectively. Job Qualifications Experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting. Proven track record of leading and growing high‑performing teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Up‑to‑date knowledge of media landscape, macroeconomic and consumer trends, and forecasting for clients. Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4). Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, SA360, Performance Max (PMAX), Demand Gen, Bing Ads, Meta, and other major platforms.
