What is a day in the life of a Performance Account Director Oversee the internal team in the execution of performance marketing channels particularly Paid Search Shopping & Product Feeds across their allocated client sets Quality control of implementation to ensure allocated clients are following best in class practices not just including channel implementation but additional processes such as forecasting and budget management Help problem solve / troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIs Assist the Performance Director to develop Patterns performance marketing product offering in line with best in class and setting the standard for best practice implementation across new and emerging channels Managing a team of junior performance marketers who carry out the implementation and account manage clients Be involved in the account management of 2-3 tier 1 clients Actively stay up to date with new performance marketing content trends and platform updates Prepare new business proposals to showcase our strategic thinking best practice approach and product offering Working closely with the performance marketing team on project work such as audits and strategies What will I need to thrive in this role 5 years of Performance Marketing implementation in an agency 1 years of ecommerce implementation across Performance Marketing channels A background in developing relationships with both internal and client side stakeholders at various levels Advanced knowledge of key platforms : Google Ads Google Analytics Google Merchant Centre and DSPs Excellent attention to detail communication skills 2 years of line management experience Experience pitching for new business Experience with Google Docs / Drive & Google Analytics What is my potential for career growth In this role youll have opportunities to be mentored mentor others and interact with many departments at Pattern.
