Sales Representative – Mobile Scaffolding Solutions About Us We are a proudly Australian‑owned specialist in aluminium mobile scaffold towers, tower parts, stairs, platform ladders and associated safety / PPE equipment. We provide high quality, Australian‑standards‑tested products for construction, maintenance, industrial and DIY customers across Australia. Buy Aluminium Scaffold The Role We’re looking for a dynamic, driven Sales Representative to grow our market share in mobile scaffolding, with a focus on aluminium mobile towers. You will: Identify and develop new business opportunities – construction companies, contractors, maintenance / industrial clients, equipment hire firms. Drive sales of the full product range: aluminium mobile towers (narrow/wide), tower parts, mobile platform ladders, safety accessories. Manage existing client relationships to maximise repeat sales and referrals. Work closely with operations, logistics and marketing teams to ensure successful order fulfilment, customer satisfaction and delivery performance. Achieve agreed sales targets, margin goals, and track metrics to drive business growth. Provide feedback to product/marketing teams on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs. What You’ll Bring Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, scaffolding, industrial equipment or similar heavy‑goods environment. Strong hunter‑salesperson mindset with ability to generate leads, qualify prospects and close deals. Excellent communication skills (face‑to‑face, phone, email) and ability to build rapport at all levels. Good understanding of construction site environments, safety requirements, equipment hire dynamics – understanding of scaffolding an advantage. Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with broader team. Willingness to travel across Sydney region (and potentially broader NSW / Australia) to meet clients and attend site visits. Valid driver’s licence.
