We are renowned for being one of the largest producers of precast concrete in Australia With our operations now expanding across QLD, WA NSW, ACT, VIC, and SA across 29 different sites As the Despatch Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and coordinating the smooth delivery of products to customers, ensuring everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. You’ll work closely with our Customer Service, Production, and Sales teams to make it happen. Responsibilities Coordinating delivery requirements with customers and internal teams. Arranging freight bookings and optimising delivery plans for efficiency. Managing stock transfers between branches and maintaining accurate inventory records. Tracking goods in and out, verifying quantities, and ensuring compliance with weight and safety regulations. Processing transport orders, invoices, and assisting with reporting. What We’re Looking For Experience in despatch or logistics. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Excellent time management and communication abilities.
