About the Role The Email & Design Assistant supports the execution of email campaigns and creative asset production across the Coolkidz brand portfolio. This role provides essential support to the Email & Loyalty Marketing Manager and Creative Lead, assisting with campaign builds, asset adaptation, and design tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials. The position combines technical and creative skills, playing an important part in maintaining brand consistency across digital touchpoints. What you’ll do Email Campaign Support Build and schedule email campaigns across all brands. Assist in setting up and testing automated email flows and customer journeys. Update and prepare email templates in line with brand guidelines. Conduct QA checks to ensure accuracy and functionality across devices. Design and Asset Creation Adapt and resize creative assets for email, website, and social media. Support the Creative Lead with graphic design and content formatting. Maintain organised creative folders and archives. Ensure all outputs meet brand quality and accessibility standards. Collaboration and Workflow Support Partner with the Email & Loyalty Marketing Manager to meet campaign timelines. Work closely with the Creative Lead and Digital Content Creator for visual assets. Assist in maintaining the marketing content calendar. Support coordination between creative, brand, and digital teams. Stay across email marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Suggest ways to improve workflows and creative output. Take on feedback and build both technical and creative skills. What you’ll bring Mid-weight Graphic Design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. At least 5 years’ experience in an email marketing or similar digital role. Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo or similar email automation platforms. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities. Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for detail. Confidence working collaboratively across creative and marketing teams.
