Head Chefs, Sous Chefs & Chef de Parties (Full Time) – The Sporting Globe The Sporting Globe® is Australia’s most loved sports bar and grill, serving over two million customers annually. It offers quality casual dining, big‑atmosphere entertainment, customer‑first service, and a world‑class fit‑out. Recognised as a leader in sporting entertainment by the Australian Hotels Association and Fox Sports, it has been twice voted as the Best Sporting Entertainment Venue. With 20 large‑format locations that accommodate up to 850 patrons each, we are expanding across Australia. We are looking for the best hospitality talent to look after our customers and deliver on our brand promise. What We’re Looking For A hard‑working, vibrant head chef, sous chef, or chef de parties to join our kitchen team across our Sydney venues. Candidates should be passionate about producing great quality food, delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring solid kitchen operations, and maintaining thorough cleanliness and kitchen hygiene. What Will You Be Doing on a Daily Basis? Ensuring all meals are cooked The Sporting Globe Way. Following national recipes and plating guides. Serving meals quickly while maintaining the highest quality. Upholding food safety and hygiene standards; keeping the kitchen sparkling clean and well organised. Maintaining all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines. Allocating staff sections and secondary duties, managing general kitchen operations with the Sous and Head Chef. Contributing to the Back‑of‑House Management team to improve current menu items and develop specials and limited‑time‑offers ideas. Managing stock ordering, delivery receipts, and temperature log reporting. Requirements Diploma in a relevant field or 2–3 years of relevant work experience. Working rights in Australia.
