Responsibilities Providing direct support and case management to First Nations people who are victims of crime, including emotional support, advocacy, and referrals to appropriate services. Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement support plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with confidentiality policies and procedures. Participating in regular team meetings, activities, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge on the impacts of trauma and how to manage it. Engaging in self‑care practices and seeking support from colleagues when needed to manage the heavy emotional demands of this work.
