Our ever-expanding business spans across all things entertainment, from TV, audio, digital imaging & professional products, to music, film, gaming and more We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to work across our Audio category, to deliver on strategic category plans and maximise growth opportunities with one of our key retailers. About the role: Build and enhance business relationships with our key customers and buyers through regular contact Develop, prepare and implement account development plans for all key customers, including ranging, catalogue and promotional activity Identify new opportunities within the marketplace and create monthly, quarterly and annual strategic business plans to achieve sales and profit targets Prepare customer forecasts based on the latest sell‑thru and stock on hand data Ensure implementation of marketing strategy throughout retailers Plan, agree, execute and monitor the effective use of commercial investment in the retailers to drive sell through Analyse end of month sales vs budget, monitoring volumes/trends and product mix against targets, and establish, coordinate and monitor the account product forecasts on a monthly basis Bring the Customer voice into the Category Team to ensure plans consider all major customer requirements Provide clear direction to the Field Sales Team and distributor partners About you: Determination to succeed and maximise the sales opportunities presented by our brand recognition and reputation Demonstrated strong sales track record, proven stakeholder management skills, sound commercial acumen & the ability to influence and negotiate Relevant CE industry experience & product knowledge Exceptional influencing, negotiation & communication skills and business development experience Advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft office Sony is proud to offer an exciting work environment with ongoing training and opportunities to grow and invest in your career.
