Job Opportunity Retail Manager (Full-Time) – 7 Eleven Lisarow – 7 Eleven- Lisarow located at 911 Pacific Highway, Lisarow, NSW. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is committed to managing the store efficiently on a long-term basis. If you are looking for a stable and rewarding career opportunity with a well-established company, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities Managing the store, warehouse and staff to deliver store objectives. Manages and directs staff, handling recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance assessment. Create a safe working environment for your team and customers. Be responsible for inventory management, stock takes, daily reconciliation, banking and other administrative duties as required. Ensure the customer experience is positive, leading to new opportunities and repeat business. Product selection and setting up prices by implementing competitive purchasing and pricing policies to reduce expenditure and increase sales. Markets products by advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyses operating and financial statements for profitability ratios. Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained. Maintains store staff by recruiting, onboarding, orienting, and training new team members. Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the store and of individual staff members to ensure service standards and goals are met. Prepare and control the store's budget, aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency. Control costs without compromising standards and customer service. Manage new stock deliveries and merchandise the store. Ensure occupational health and safety guidelines are always maintained and adhered to by the staff. Skills and Experience The candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar role. A minimum Diploma in Business qualification is required. Proven ability to achieve sales, KPI's manage stock take. A true passion for retail growing your retail management career. Good communication skills. Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
