Job Description Procurement Manager Are you a seasoned procurement professional ready to lead strategic sourcing in a fast-growing construction company? The Role As the Procurement Manager, you will ensure all projects are strategically planned and resourced from the outset — setting the stage for smooth delivery and commercial success. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage procurement, contracts, supplier performance, and cost control across multiple projects. What You’ll Bring 7+ years' experience in the construction industry with a degree in Construction Management or equivalent Proven track record in procurement, budgeting, tendering, and contract negotiation Strong knowledge of construction methodology, BOQs, drawings, and specifications Leadership skills with a sharp commercial acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially MS Project); Procore experience is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience managing multi-million dollar procurement contracts is highly regarded Current driver’s licence Why RM Watson?
