We are looking Director Clinical Services The Director Clinical Services Concord Centre for Mental Health (CCMH) holds responsibility as the medical leader and manager of the clinical services, medical staff and training, research and quality programs and other functions. The Director works with the SLHD Mental Health Executive to provide clinical leadership of mental health services at CCMH and Concord and Canterbury Hospitals Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Services and the community mental health services at Croydon and Canterbury Community Health Services. The Director Clinical Services CCMH will provide professional leadership and line management of senior and junior medical staff at CCMH, Concord Repatriation General Hospital and Croydon and Canterbury Community Mental Health Teams. They will provide high quality diagnostic and consultative specialty services in psychiatry, and to participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities within the Mental Health Service and Hospital. The Director Clinical Services CCMH will work in collaboration with medical nursing and allied health colleagues to promote evidence-based practice and innovation, to enhance clinical engagement and professional practice and standards, as well as a culture of respect for the individual, teamwork and continuous performance improvement. Medical practitioner, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Applicants must have Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) and/or other equivalent specialist recognition as provided for in the NSW Staff Specialists (State) Award. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the NSW Staff Specialist (State) Award.
