The Nurse/Midwife Manager 5 provides leadership across the facility / service by the management, development and implementation of sustainable strategies that facilitate efficient and effective delivery of high quality patient care and efficient use of resources. Ideal Candidate Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Extensive recent management experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in the relevant setting, supported by a relevant tertiary management qualification and/or work experience Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team and to represent the organisation at a local level.
