Nurse Next Door is on the lookout for a dynamic & energetic Aged Care & Disability Nurse (Entry Level Registered or Enrolled Nurse) to inspire and mentor ourpassionate care team in a permanent 5 days a week role. Operating in a home care environment, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching our caregivers, delivering thoughtful nursing care to our aged care and disability clients. This role is located in our Albury office , but will involve some home visits and nursing and caregiving shifts and admin responsibilities. Full training is provided. Your Next Adventure Reporting to our Clinical Operations Manager - RN , your role will be a combination of front line nursing and caregiving work, management and development of our growing team of personal care assistants and nurses. This includes but will not be limited to the following: Working one on one with clients and their loved ones, focusing on their individual nursing and care needs and happiness Competent in basic wound management Maintain meticulous care documentation records and a strong data and admin focus Believe in Making Lives Better® for our clients every day, through thoughtful care and support Why we'll love you Passionate about making a difference and Leading a team.
