Active Night Disability Support Worker

Happy Faces Disability Support – Lavington NSW What you'll be doing Assisting clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Monitoring clients' health and wellbeing and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel Ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients throughout the night shift Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, supporting individuals with disabilities A strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others Flexibility to work casual shifts, including nights and weekends Availability to work active overnight shifts as required for this position Confident and experienced using lifting equipment, hoists, slide sheets, etc. What we offer Competitive hourly rates and flexible work arrangements Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills A collaborative and inclusive team environment, where your contributions are valued This position you are never alone on shift.
