About Your Role Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Service Transition Manager to work within our Employment Program. In this role, you will lead the Service Transition Team to deliver a smooth transition of clients into Scope. A major part of this is proactively listening to clients, their support networks and our people and draw on evidence and best practice approaches to contribute to transforming our client experience. Your Key Focus collaborate to continue to improve the journeys and experiences of clients and their support networks Co-design and advocate for solutions that improve how we acquire, onboard and retain clients Engage, navigate and harness diverse stakeholder networks to coordinate services and negotiate contracts based on funding Train and coach others to develop their business development skills Promote a culture of ethical service delivery; underpinned by integrity, accountability, inclusivity and reflective practice What We Look For Demonstrated experience in client and partner/ provider relationship management and conflict resolution Proven ability to collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders Ability to identify, evaluate and advance business development opportunities Experience within non-for-profit and/ or Disability sector View the position description here We are committed to filling this role quickly, so while applications for this role will close on 02/12/2025 we will be reviewing applications as they come in and may interview suitable candidates prior to closing date.
