Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short‑term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW. About Your Role – Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Service Transition Manager to work within our Employment Program. In this role, you will lead the Service Transition Team to deliver a smooth transition of clients into Scope. A major part of this is proactively listening to clients, their support networks and our people and drawing on evidence and best‑practice approaches to transform our client experience. Responsibilities Collaborate to continue improving the journeys and experiences of clients and their support networks. Co‑design and advocate for solutions that improve how we acquire, onboard and retain clients. Engage, navigate and harness diverse stakeholder networks to coordinate services and negotiate contracts based on funding. Train and coach others to develop their business development skills. Promote a culture of ethical service delivery underpinned by integrity, accountability, inclusivity and reflective practice. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in client and partner/provider relationship management and conflict resolution. Proven ability to collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to identify, evaluate and advance business development opportunities. Experience within non‑for‑profit and/or Disability sector. Applications close on 02/12/2025 and will be reviewed as they come in. We may interview suitable candidates prior to the closing date.
