Social Support Group Bus Assistant Volunteer Help us to ensure client safety and provide a helping hand as needed. Assist our clients to safely enter and exit our vehicles. Secure/store mobility aids safely (if required). Safely stow any bags. Check that seat belts are fastened and that everyone is safely seated before any journey gets underway. Assist clients to retrieve their mobility aids when they reach a destination. Be a positive advocate for People Who Care. Make your Coordinator aware of any complaints or concerns conveyed by clients and help us to be responsive and respectful of these. Help us to create a friendly and helpful environment that clients enjoy. Help everyone to feel welcome and valued.
