Your Role: As our Solar Sales Superstar , you will be tasked with: Conducting in‑home assessments to tailor systems addressing specific customer needs. Persistent follow‑ups with prospective clients. Leveraging your network for referrals and capitalizing on our lucrative rewards through our referral program. What’s in Store for You? Two pre‑qualified appointments daily, and up to four during peak periods. Thorough training on our refined sales process and expansive product knowledge. Swift commission turnarounds thanks to our in‑house installation team. A potential OTE of $150k+ through commissions, incentives, and referral programs. What We Seek: A history of face‑to‑face selling experience; solar experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. A laptop and mobile phone for in‑home consultations. A receptiveness to evolving sales techniques and learning curves. Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with a potent desire to seal deals. A paramount focus on delivering an unparalleled service experience to our clientele.
