About The Team Our Housing Services and Systems Team provides high-quality administrative and systems support, playing a crucial role in sustaining successful tenancies and ensuring smooth housing operations. About The Role As the Housing Services and Systems Administrator, you’ll play a key role in housing operations by providing high-quality systems and administrative support, including managing processes and procedures, referrals and allocations, and system administration. In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Resident Management: Managing referrals, assessments, allocations, and property condition records. Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Administration: Overseeing program administration, reporting, and policy updates. Systems Improvement: Supporting the development of housing systems and procedures. Team Support: Coaching team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service. About You Proven experience in office management, admin support, and basic financial procedures. Technology proficient in the use of Property, Housing or Tenancy Management systems, Dynamics 365 or other similar CRM systems is desirable. Awareness of homelessness issues and ability to engage with diverse communities. Holds a valid Driver’s Licence and Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check and complies with Multi Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework. Don’t meet every single requirement?
