Key Features Part‑time shifts – 3 days a week Not‑for‑profit salary packaging to increase take‑home pay Supportive team and a positive work environment Responsibilities Provide safe and comfortable transport services for residents to local areas. Drive the bus, assist residents of varying abilities on and off the vehicle. Maintain accurate records and logs for the bus. Clean the bus as required. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications Current Victorian driving licence (LR/MR/HR). Current Driver Certificate (Safe Transport Victoria). Pass a pre‑employment physical examination and medical history check. Australian work rights. Experience driving a bus (essential). Experience in aged care or community work (preferable). Manual handling experience. Safe driving record. Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts. Strong communication skills with residents, families and staff. Strong passion for working with the elderly. Applicants must complete a National Police Check and may need an NDIS Worker Screen.
