Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships Griffith University is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and management of complex local and global partnership initiatives. Full‑time position based primarily at Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast. Salary: HEW Level 10 $142,222 per annum + 17% superannuation (total package $166,399 per annum). Key Responsibilities Identify, develop and manage major strategic collaborative opportunities across health sector and other stakeholders. Lead partnership development: liaison, prospectus of ideas, proposal writing and presentations to grow current and potential partnerships. Work with academic groups to lead business development for research, education and training projects. Collaborate with Central Portfolios (Research, Advancement, Marketing & Communications) to align partnership activities and promotion. Provide strategic advice, expert negotiation and support to develop partnership agreements meeting legislative, university and policy requirements. Qualifications and Experience Relevant postgraduate qualifications. Substantial proven experience in business development, value‑creation, opportunity identification, communication and collaborative relationship management. Negotiation and deal‑making skills; experience in leading strategic projects, delivering on time. Proficiency in high‑level communications for diverse audiences. Experience facilitating collaboration agreements with legal and commercial departments. Stakeholder management and leadership skills with understanding of higher education administration.
