Visit our website to learn more at What the role is We’re seeking an Experienced Soil Technician to join our Wollongong team. Working alongside our Wollongong Laboratory Manager and senior staff, you’ll carry out soil, aggregate and concrete testing in line with Australian and state standards. This is a hands-on role involving field and laboratory testing, data analysis and report preparation. It’s a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety and wants to contribute to delivering quality outcomes across a range of projects. What you’ll bring Experience working in a soil laboratory environment. Experience in earthworks operations with Level 1 earthworks supervision to AS3798 and Level 2 earthworks testing; highly regarded A good understanding of Australian Standards for soil, aggregate and concrete testing; A high level of initiative, flexibility and enthusiasm and be a team player. Excellent communication skills, motivation and commitment to deliver work to the highest standard will be highly regarded. Exceptional record keeping and attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team; Previous NATA signatory experience would be an advantage.
