These full-time positions involve conducting a broad range of soil testing and analyses to support infrastructure, and construction projects across the state. Responsibilities Conduct soil testing procedures, including moisture content, density, particle size analysis, and Atterberg limits Accurately document and report test results in compliance with industry standards and company protocols Collaborate with project managers and clients to determine testing requirements and provide technical support Maintain and calibrate laboratory and field equipment to ensure consistent, reliable results Follow strict health, safety, and environmental guidelines in both laboratory and on-site environments Work with the broader technical team to identify and implement process improvements Qualifications Certificate III in Laboratory Techniques or a related technical qualification Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar soil testing or laboratory role Strong knowledge of soil testing procedures and relevant industry standards High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality results Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment About Civiltest Pty Ltd At Civiltest, we pride ourselves on delivering accurate, reliable laboratory and technical services to support critical infrastructure and construction projects across Australia.
