Graduate HSE Officer role at Knauf Australia promoting safety, wellbeing, and compliance at Camellia Manufacturing and NSW trade stores. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Promote best-practice health and safety, drive incident prevention and investigation Support Return to Work programs Carry out risk assessments and advise on remedial activity Coach and work with managers and leaders to fulfil HSE plan requirements Provide functional advice and direction on HSE matters Assist and manage compliance with Safety Management System and performance indicators Provide insights from statistical data and submit monthly reporting to National HSE Manager Participate in workplace investigations and post risk assessment activities Facilitate training on HSE matters and collaborate with site safety committees Monitor HSE compliance via audits and plansMaintain safety documentation, policies, and compliance systems About You The company is looking for: Located in or near Camellia Recent Graduate with interest in Safety, Manufacturing, or Engineering High level experience with Microsoft Suite Ability to work full time from Camellia site (not a Work from Home role) Ability to travel to NSW/ACT Trade Stores Full and unrestricted Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship) Valid Police Check Access to own vehicle Successful completion of pre-employment medical Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus superannuation Phone and laptop provided 14 weeks parental leave (primary carer) Yearly pay review Access to discounts on health insurance, gym memberships, Qantas lounge, novated leasing, and trade discounts Modern office technology Free onsite parking Free onsite physiotherapy Training & Development Career development and training opportunities How to Apply If you would like to be considered for the position, please click "apply."
