Brady Bunch Childcare Centre – Bendigo VIC This position is ideal for a strong senior educator or existing Educational Leader who is ready to take ownership of pedagogy, support educators with confidence, and elevate the learning culture with the backing of an experienced management team. Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre is an established and reputable early education service in Bendigo. We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable and inspiring Educational Leader to join our team and work closely with the Centre Director to strengthen practice, pedagogy and program quality across the service. About the Role As Educational Leader, you will guide, mentor and inspire educators to deliver high-quality, inclusive programs that reflect the values of Belonging, Being and Becoming. You will lead pedagogy, reflective practice and program development, while also providing hands‑on support in ratio when required to ensure consistency and smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will also receive ongoing professional development, coaching and support through regular connection with the Company Pedagogy & Practice Leader.
