In this role, you will leverage Sci‑Fleet’s data to deliver insights, analytics, and reporting that drive business growth, enhance customer value, and support informed decision‑making. You will ensure data integrity, develop visualizations and reports, identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data processes and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support decision‑making Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement Support data environment maintenance and validation Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data processes Uphold compliance, risk management, and governance standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years in analytics or data‑related roles Strong SQL skills; experience with large, complex datasets Proficient in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Understanding of ETL, data modeling, and data validation Experience presenting insights to technical and business audiences Programming (Python, R) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) desirable Selection Criteria Proven SQL and analytical reporting experience Experience with large, complex datasets Ability to derive insights and communicate findings effectively Strong organizational and time‑management skills Cloud platform experience and automotive industry experience desirable Sci‑Fleet Motors is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values long‑term staff development.
